Yesterday there were already leaks from people who watched the movie release but today there is finally an official announcement, so that we can talk about it. LiSA will be singing the OP song for the anime “Solo Leveling” (俺だけレベルアップな件) Season 2. The song title is “ReawakeR” and would be released as her 23rd single in March 2025.
In addition, other than the fact that it is a tie in with a highly popular anime, the song is also a collaboration that features one of the most popular members of Stray Kids, Felix!
The 2nd season of the anime is going to air in January 2025 so the release of the physical single seems an awfully long wait for the fans to buy it, but hopefully we would get some more news update of it soon.

Seems buying the CD+Goods gives a 20 page photo booklet and also 4 sets of sticker sheets. In addition, LiSA Fan Club members would get some additional goodies from ordering early too (up to 13th January 2025).
The visuals above also look stunning but I wonder whether they planned and recorded all this during the time when LiSA flew to Korea for the collaboration of 「SocialPath」in 2023? That would be too crazy if it was true, right?
Personally I do not know too much about Stray Kids other than because of「Social Path」, but even I know how popular they are worldwide. Just knowing that they have a mutually respecting relationship with LiSA during their collaborations and even saying “バイチー” together in their videos when in Japan shows that they are good sports despite their overwhelming fame. Hope this collaboration brings about something good for both parties.
Furthermore, this new song is yet another time that LiSA will work with Hiroyuki SAWANO (Composer). The previous time “narrative”, almost 6+ years ago, was both a masterpiece for both the song and also the MV. If you haven’t seen it before, do check it out below.

Anyway since I have still yet to watch the anime yet, I guess I will have to quickly add it to my list to watch it before January 2025. Looking forward to more and more collaborations in future.
